How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Shipping normally takes 3-4 business days.
How do I change or revise my order?
Once an order is made, it cannot be revised.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. We complete an extensive quality assurance process to verify that all of our products are in excellent condition prior to shipping. If your order is damaged, please contact info@herwrapture.com. We will take your order under review. 
My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will cannot be granted.
What happens when my order is returned to sender? 
Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.
